Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeney! (I can’t be the only one who sings songs from Sweeney Todd while baking/eating Meat Pies.)
Have you ever had a meat pie? I hadn’t until tonight. But it was so easy. You could probably do several variables to this recipe.
-Brown 1 lb of ground beef
-Cover the hamburger with BBQ sauce. (not too soupy, but not dry)
-Take a refrigerated pie crust and cut it in half. Stuff hamburger mixture, sprinkle cheese, and pinch closed.
-Bake at 425 for 25 mins.
Not too “showy” but definitely a delicious man-food. My man-babies ate it up!
