My treadmill is kept in the guest room/craft room. The normal set up has been this. Usually I watch Netflix on my iPad.
Last night, I thought: “Why the eff can’t I play nintendo and walk/run at the same time?”
How did that work out for me?
PURE HEAVEN. I always monitor my heart rate while I exercise. So I’m pretty familiar with my average work-out heart rate. It was about 20-30 points higher. Playing nintendo while working out = better work out.
And… I only fell off the treadmill 3 times 🙂
