Do you remember when you were a kid, and you’d need to make yourself a box of mac and cheese? You know how you’d open another box and steal an extra cheese powder packet to make it extra cheesy? Then weeks later you’d hear your sister making mac and cheese, and she would realize there was no cheese packet?
That double packet mac sure tasted like a wonderful childhood to me.
We have been tossing around the idea of gym memberships for awhile now. Last night we did it. We joined 24 Hour Fitness. Aaron and I are both aware that we need to lose weight and by healthy.
PCOS is an issue for me. I don’t lose weight as fast as other people because of it. Because of PCOS my body has a natural insulin resistance, and it fights everything. It’s quite the pain. It’s really discouraging. But I know I need to put more focus into my health. Not for vanity reasons. For safety reasons. It really gets me down sometimes.

Have you ever had a meat pie? I hadn’t until tonight. But it was so easy. You could probably do several variables to this recipe.
-Brown 1 lb of ground beef
-Cover the hamburger with BBQ sauce. (not too soupy, but not dry)
-Take a refrigerated pie crust and cut it in half. Stuff hamburger mixture, sprinkle cheese, and pinch closed.
-Bake at 425 for 25 mins.
Not too “showy” but definitely a delicious man-food. My man-babies ate it up!
Kenz and I decided last week that Tuesday every week we would have date night. Tonight was that night. We had planned for the past couple of days to go to the Cheesecake factory because we love Cheesecake and neither of us have ever been.
